Essential oils are also coined as volatiles oils, in which these oils are concentrated essences that are extracted carefully from plant materials through a process of steam distillation. Now this kind of extraction method, the botanical matter or the plant material is cooked thoroughly by steam to allow the essential oils be released. And now these concentrated essences can now be use favorably for aromatherapy, and are not be confused with other synthetic fragrance oils.
